COURSE CURRICULUM

The Real Estate MSc program is structured to build both foundational knowledge and advanced professional skills across two semesters, followed by a research project in the summer. In the first semester, the focus is on acquiring core theoretical and analytical competencies essential for understanding real estate markets and practices. Modules such as Land, Development and Ethics, Applied Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Economics, and Real Estate Investment introduce students to the economic, ethical, and valuation principles that underpin the industry. These modules develop the ability to assess land use, value property, and make informed investment decisions. In the second semester, students apply and integrate their learning through practical and project-based modules, including Investment Valuation, Property Law, Real Estate Planning and Development Project, and Innovation and Digital Transformation. This stage strengthens their skills in legal frameworks, strategic planning, and the use of digital tools in property management and development. Over the summer, students complete the Real Estate Research Project, an independent dissertation that allows them to explore a specialist area of interest and demonstrate their research and analytical capabilities. The program equips graduates with the expertise to pursue professional roles in valuation, investment, development, and real estate consultancy.
