COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Robotics with Extended Research program offers a comprehensive curriculum that blends theoretical understanding with practical applications in advanced robotics and autonomous systems. Core modules such as Autonomous Mobile Robots, Robotic Manipulators, and Robotic Systems provide students with a solid foundation in the mechanics, control, and integration of robotic technologies. The Robotic Systems Design Project and Software for Robotics modules emphasize hands-on experience in developing and implementing robotic solutions. Students also study Cognitive Robotics and Computer Vision, gaining insights into perception, decision-making, and machine learning for intelligent automation. Reinforcement Learning introduces advanced artificial intelligence techniques for optimizing robotic behavior through interaction with the environment. The program includes a major research component, with both a Dissertation and an Extended Dissertation Project, allowing students to explore innovative areas in robotics through in-depth research and experimentation.
