COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Organisational Psychology offers a comprehensive curriculum that equips students with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to understand and improve workplace behaviour. Core modules include Selection and Assessment in Organisations, which focuses on effective recruitment and evaluation processes, and Professional Skills for Organisational and Business Psychologists, designed to develop the competencies required for professional practice.
