COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLM International Financial Law program offers a comprehensive exploration of the regulatory and contractual frameworks governing global finance and banking. Core modules, including the Regulation of International Finance, International Law and Practice of Securities Markets, and the LL.M Dissertation, provide students with a strong foundation in the principles, practices, and legal issues affecting international financial systems.
