COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc Management (Human Resources) program at the University of Manchester combines a strong foundation in general management with specialised study in human resource management, preparing students for careers in managing people and organisational performance. In the first year, students develop essential management knowledge and skills through core modules in microeconomics, marketing, financial decision making, financial reporting, management accounting, work psychology, quantitative methods, and management and organisation studies, alongside professional case studies and academic career development.
