COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA program is structured over one year, divided into three semesters of 13 weeks each, with full-time students studying 60 credits of taught modules per semester. Core modules cover essential areas of global management, including Data Analysis and AI for Strategic Decision-Making, Economics, Society and Ethics for a Sustainable Future, Strategic Accounting, Corporate Reporting and Finance, Generating Value through Marketing in the Digital Age, Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain, and Organisational Behaviour and People Management. Students also select three elective modules, one per semester, from a range of options such as International Business Law, Healthcare Management and Technology, Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Business, Cybersecurity Strategy and Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Managing Business Risk, allowing a tailored focus based on career aspirations. The program features integrative MBA Challenge modules that run across semesters, including The Leader’s Challenge in the first semester, The Innovator’s Challenge in the second semester, and The CEO’s Challenge in the third semester, each designed to develop leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking in practical, real-world contexts. The course concludes with a Capstone module, connecting the MBA experience to career development and professional goals. This structure combines rigorous academic learning with practical application, preparing graduates to lead, innovate, and succeed in today’s complex global business environment.
