COURSE CURRICULUM

The LLB (Hons) Law with International Business program is structured across three years, combining core legal subjects with business-focused modules. In Year 1, students build foundational knowledge through Legal Method and Skills, Public and EU Law, Criminal Law, and Contract Law, alongside Academic and Career Success and AI Literacy, which develop academic, professional, and digital skills. Year 2 strengthens legal understanding with modules such as Critical Approaches in Current Legal Issues, Land Law, and Tort. In Semester 2, students study compulsory business-related modules like International Human Resource Management and Marketing and Sales in a Digital World, while also selecting one law option from a range including Business Law, Real Estate, and Law in a Global Context. In Year 3, the compulsory Equity and Trusts module deepens knowledge of key legal principles. Students then choose a combination of law and business options across both semesters, including areas such as International Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, and Digital Marketing. Additional opportunities include research projects and practical experiences such as legal clinics. Overall, the course provides a balanced mix of legal education and international business insight, while allowing flexibility through optional modules and preparing students for diverse career opportunities.
