COURSE CURRICULUM

The programme focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, and strategic business leadership, preparing students to manage AI-driven innovation and solve complex organisational challenges. The Artificial Intelligence Ethics and Applications module develops an understanding of how AI and data science are applied across industries, including chatbots, virtual assistants, medical diagnosis, biometric systems, personalisation, fraud detection, and autonomous technologies. Through Critical Business Inquiry, students gain advanced research skills to investigate organisational challenges, conduct literature reviews, apply research methodologies, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and develop effective solutions for industry problems. The Data Analytics and Decision-making module introduces business intelligence tools and analytical techniques used to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Students learn how data-driven insights can improve organisational performance and leadership decisions. Global Digital Innovation and Transformation explores the role of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, big data, social media, and the Internet of Things in creating new business models and sustainable competitive advantages. The Leading Strategic Change module develops students’ understanding of organisational design, change management, and development strategies through established theories and practical approaches.
