COURSE CURRICULUM

Through a research proposal and a substantial dissertation, students develop advanced analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills while producing evidence-based recommendations for organisations. The Strategic Approaches to a Healthy Workplace module explores the relationship between employee wellbeing and organisational performance, equipping students with the ability to design and implement strategies that promote mental health, resilience, and positive workplace cultures. Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship develops an entrepreneurial mindset focused on addressing global sustainability challenges through innovation in both new ventures and established organisations. Students examine how businesses can balance economic success with environmental and social responsibility while creating sustainable value for stakeholders.
