The MSc Project Management program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to become effective project managers capable of delivering successful projects in dynamic, global environments. Project Management: People, Roles and Communication focuses on leadership, team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication, preparing students to manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex organisational structures. Project Management: Processes and Tools introduces key methodologies, frameworks, and tools for project planning, execution, risk management, and process improvement, enabling students to implement structured and efficient project workflows. Sustainable Business Strategy explores the integration of sustainability principles into project management, fostering strategic thinking and responsible decision-making. Elective modules, such as Consultancy and Dissertation, allow students to undertake independent research or applied projects, providing opportunities to specialise and address real-world challenges, develop analytical skills, and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
