The MSc Pharmaceutical Analysis program provides students with advanced knowledge and practical skills essential for a career in pharmaceutical science, focusing on drug development, analysis, and quality control. Core modules such as Advanced Laboratory and Research Practice and Applied Laboratory Practice develop students’ technical competence, experimental design, and research skills, ensuring proficiency in handling complex laboratory procedures and generating reliable results. Modern Analytical Techniques and Data Interpretation equips students with expertise in instrumental analysis, data processing, and interpretation, combining coursework with examinations to assess both practical and theoretical understanding. Molecular Spectroscopy for Pharmaceuticals focuses on the application of spectroscopic methods to characterise drugs, supporting the accurate analysis of pharmaceutical compounds.
