Core modules such as Digital Design of Supply Network focus on leveraging digital tools and technologies to model, analyse, and enhance supply chain performance, enabling students to manage complex networks efficiently. Global Supply Chain, Procurement Technologies and Strategic Sourcing examines procurement strategies, sourcing decisions, and the application of innovative technologies to optimise supply chain operations across international markets. Logistics Innovations and Enterprise Resource Planning develops expertise in integrating logistics processes with enterprise systems, fostering operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and responsive supply chain management. Organisational Excellence, Leadership and Management equips students with leadership, strategic planning, and change management skills, preparing them to drive performance and continuous improvement within organisations. Elective modules, including Consultancy and Dissertation, allow students to specialise, conduct independent research, and apply theoretical knowledge to practical supply chain challenges, enhancing problem-solving, analytical, and professional capabilities.
