COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global MBA is structured to develop advanced leadership, strategic, and managerial skills, preparing students to navigate complex international business environments. In the first year, students engage with core modules covering global finance and operations management, leadership, change, and responsible people practices, and strategy and marketing for a changing world. These modules provide a solid foundation in the principles of business, management, and organisational dynamics, while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Students also have the opportunity to gain practical experience through a postgraduate work placement, enhancing their understanding of real-world business challenges. Elective modules, such as digitalisation of business processes, enterprise and entrepreneurship, and global business in emerging markets, allow students to tailor their learning to specific interests and emerging trends, while developing specialised skills relevant to a global context. In the second year, students undertake an applied business investigation, synthesising their learning into a substantial research or consultancy project that addresses a real business problem, bridging theory and practice. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, and innovation, equipping graduates to take on leadership roles, drive organisational growth, and make informed decisions in a dynamic, interconnected global economy.
