COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA (Honours) Business Management and Enterprise program is a four-year course designed to develop entrepreneurial and managerial skills for careers in global business and enterprise. In the first year, students gain foundational knowledge through modules such as Contemporary Business Management, Foundations of Business, Introduction to Enterprise, Innovation and Creativity, and Understanding People and Cultures, focusing on analytical, creative, and cultural awareness skills. The second year builds on this foundation with core modules including Applied Business Management Practices, Designing the Enterprise, and Managing Business and Financial Performance, alongside a range of electives such as Foreign Languages, Managing and Developing People, Managing Operations and the Supply Chain, Study Abroad opportunities, and The Corporate Customer, allowing students to tailor their studies to specific career goals. The third year focuses on professional development through the Undergraduate Sandwich Placement Applied Professional Diploma, providing practical experience and industry exposure. In the final year, students consolidate their learning with core modules including the Consultancy Project in Business Management, Leading Innovative Enterprises, and Strategy in the Global and Digital Environment, alongside electives covering Employment Relations and Law, Global, Ethical and Responsible Management, and Marketing in a Global Context. This structure equips graduates with a versatile combination of practical experience, strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills, preparing them to pursue careers as entrepreneurs, managers, or leaders in international business and enterprise.
