COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA (Honours) Digital Marketing program is a four-year degree that provides students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the field of digital marketing. In the first year, students build a strong foundation through modules such as Contemporary Marketing, Foundations of Business, Foundations of Digital Marketing, and Understanding People and Cultures, developing an understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and consumer behaviour. The second year expands these skills with Digital Marketing Planning and Performance, Managing Business and Financial Performance for Marketers, and Professional Development for the Marketer, alongside elective options including Experiential Marketing Events, Foreign Language study, The Corporate Customer, The Digital Customer Experience, and Study Abroad opportunities, allowing students to gain global insights and practical experience. In the final year, students undertake advanced modules such as Consultancy Project in Marketing, Managing Brands in a Digital Environment, and Strategy in the Global and Digital Environment, while electives like Consumer Psychology, Contemporary Leadership in Context, and Marketing in a Global Context allow further specialisation. Throughout the program, students develop critical thinking, analytical, creative, and project management skills, preparing them for careers in digital marketing, social media management, brand strategy, content creation, analytics, and related areas, as well as providing a strong foundation for postgraduate study in marketing and business disciplines.
