COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Project Management program is designed to equip students with the expertise, skills and practical experience required to lead projects successfully in today’s complex and global business environment. In the first term, students focus on the fundamentals of contemporary project management, exploring key principles, methodologies and frameworks, while also examining global issues that affect project execution and outcomes. Master’s perspectives and elective options, including language studies, allow students to broaden their knowledge and develop a global outlook. The second term builds on this foundation by developing leadership capabilities and the ability to manage change effectively within project contexts. Students learn to apply advanced tools and techniques for planning, monitoring, controlling and delivering projects, while gaining professional perspectives through practical case studies and industry-linked exercises. The program culminates in the third term with a Final Major Project, providing an opportunity to integrate theory and practice, tackle real-world challenges, and demonstrate competence in managing projects from initiation to completion. By combining rigorous academic learning with practical application, the course prepares graduates to become skilled, adaptable and innovative project managers capable of driving value, leading teams, managing stakeholders and achieving strategic objectives across a variety of sectors and international contexts.
