COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Entrepreneurship program is designed to develop the mindset, skills and strategies required to create, scale and sustain successful ventures. In the first term, students focus on cultivating entrepreneurial thinking, exploring how to recognise opportunities and transform them into viable business concepts. They learn how to design and refine innovative business models while gaining a broad understanding of entrepreneurship through master-level perspectives and optional electives, including languages. The second term builds on these foundations with practical modules covering marketing, finance and the processes needed to grow a venture sustainably. Students also develop leadership skills, examining how entrepreneurs drive growth, inspire teams and adapt to changing business landscapes. Professional perspectives further enhance their understanding by connecting theory with real-world practice, supported by elective modules that allow for personalisation of the degree. In the final term, students bring their learning together in a major project, which may take the form of a dissertation, consultancy project or a practice-based venture development plan. By integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application, the program equips students with the confidence, resilience and problem-solving abilities to launch new ventures, scale existing businesses or innovate within organisations in a global entrepreneurial environment.
