COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA Management and Marketing is designed for students who want to develop strong managerial skills while gaining specialist expertise in marketing. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications to prepare graduates for leadership roles in diverse industries. In the first term, students focus on essential management foundations such as budget planning, strategy, and international staff and client management, while also broadening their perspectives through master’s insights or elective language study. The second term builds on this foundation by introducing innovation in product and service management, alongside core principles of marketing management that emphasise how to create, position and promote value in competitive markets. Professional perspectives further connect students with industry practices, enabling them to apply classroom learning to real-world contexts. The course culminates in the third term with the Final Major Project, where students undertake independent research or practical work on a topic of their choice, integrating their learning and showcasing their expertise. By blending management fundamentals with a focus on marketing, the program equips students with the tools to lead teams, drive innovation, and develop impactful marketing strategies in both domestic and international settings, preparing them to thrive as adaptive and forward-thinking business professionals.
