COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA Management and Leadership program is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to become an effective and inspiring leader in today’s dynamic business world. The course combines key aspects of management with a strong focus on leadership development, preparing students to manage people, resources and processes across diverse organisational and cultural contexts. In the first term, students explore budget planning, strategic processes and international staff and client management, gaining insights into how global teams and resources can be managed effectively. The second term builds on this foundation by focusing on product and service management, innovation strategies and leadership development, giving students the tools to inspire, motivate and lead teams while driving creativity and growth within organisations. Professional perspectives and practical experiences further enrich the learning journey, linking theory to real-world applications. The final term centres on a major project, allowing students to apply their knowledge to a specific area of interest or industry challenge, demonstrating their leadership capabilities and strategic thinking. By the end of the program, graduates are equipped to take on leadership roles in a range of sectors, able to manage change, drive performance and foster innovation at both national and international levels.
