COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA Management and Finance program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to become effective leaders who can successfully manage people, processes and financial resources in today’s competitive business environment. In the first term, students focus on budget planning, processes and strategy for managers, as well as international staff and client management, gaining essential insights into how to lead diverse teams and make strategic financial decisions. The course also includes the Masters Perspectives module and the option to take a language or special elective, allowing students to broaden their global and cultural understanding. In the second term, the program explores managing products and services from ideation to innovation, alongside finance for managers, ensuring students are able to connect financial decision-making with creativity, innovation and business growth. Professional Perspectives provides industry insight and prepares students for the realities of leadership roles. The third term is dedicated to the Final Major Project, enabling students to apply their learning to a research or consultancy project that reflects their career goals. Graduates emerge with strong financial acumen, leadership ability and strategic vision, ready to excel in managerial and financial roles across international industries.
