COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business and Management program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in leadership and managerial roles across diverse industries. In the first year, students build a strong foundation in core business concepts, including self-leadership, organizational culture, finance, markets, legal frameworks, and industry exploration, while also engaging in learning perspectives that broaden their understanding of business in a global context. They have the flexibility to select from London Perspectives, Global Perspectives, and language modules to enhance their international awareness and communication skills. In the second year, the focus shifts to managing performance and innovation, sustainable operations, and navigating digital disruption and transformation, with opportunities to participate in entrepreneurial challenges, placements, or industry-focused projects. Students can also choose to study abroad to gain global exposure. The third year emphasizes leadership in context and disruptive strategies and models, culminating in a major project that integrates their learning and applies it to real-world business challenges. Alongside core subjects, students may select special electives or language modules to tailor their education to specific interests. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience, the program prepares graduates to lead teams effectively, implement innovative solutions, and succeed in complex and dynamic business environments.
