COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business and Entrepreneurship program is designed to develop versatile, innovative, and strategic business leaders capable of driving growth and transformation across organizations. In the first year, students build foundational knowledge in organizational culture, reputation, finance, markets, legal frameworks, self-leadership, and team management, while also engaging in industry exploration and global perspectives. This provides a broad understanding of core business concepts and prepares students for real-world challenges. In the second year, the curriculum emphasizes sustainable operations, family, social, and enterprise entrepreneurship, and strategies for organizing innovation. Students also have opportunities to participate in experiential learning modules, including entrepreneurial challenges, placements, or industry-focused projects, and may study abroad to gain international business insights. In the third year, students focus on advanced topics such as enterprise planning, disruptive strategies, and business model innovation, culminating in major projects that integrate knowledge, practical skills, and strategic thinking. Throughout the program, students can complement their studies with elective courses or advanced language modules to broaden expertise. By combining theoretical frameworks with hands-on experience, the program equips students with the skills to identify opportunities, implement innovative solutions, lead teams, and make strategic decisions, preparing them to launch new ventures or drive entrepreneurial growth within established organizations.
