COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Project Management in the Built Environment develops the professional knowledge and practical skills needed to manage construction and built environment projects effectively from planning through delivery. The course focuses on leadership, organisational behaviour, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution, helping students understand how people and teamwork influence project performance. Through problem-based learning, case studies, and practical exercises, students gain experience in solving real project challenges.
