COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in International Business Management includes compulsory modules that provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in key areas of modern business management. The Practice of Business and Management module, taught during the first semester, helps students develop a strong understanding of international business operations and organisational management. The module covers major business functions including operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and information systems management. Through this integrated approach, students learn how different departments work together to support organisational success and create competitive advantage in global markets. In addition to core business knowledge, the program also includes a Final Research Project module that runs across two semesters and allows students to apply the skills and knowledge gained throughout the course. Students can choose from several project options based on their interests and career goals. These include a Dissertation involving detailed research into a business management topic, a Client Project where students act as consultants for real organisations, an Integrated Business Research Project focused on analysing international case studies, or a Business and Concept Development project for students planning to launch their own business ventures. These project opportunities encourage independent thinking, research skills, and practical problem-solving, preparing graduates for successful careers in international business and management.
