COURSE CURRICULUM

The MA in Journalism at Oxford Brookes University prepares students for the rapidly changing world of modern media by developing advanced skills in multiplatform journalism and digital storytelling. The program explores important questions about the future of journalism and the evolving role of journalists in contemporary society. Students gain practical experience in producing news, feature writing, non-fiction content, and branded media across a range of digital and multimedia platforms. In addition, students have opportunities to build professional networks and industry contacts while also working towards an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism alongside their master’s degree, enhancing their career prospects in global media industries.
