COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship BA (Hons) program is designed to develop entrepreneurial skills, business knowledge and practical experience across a wide range of industries. In the first year, students build a foundation in finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, organisational behaviour, global business, creativity and professional practice, gaining core skills in analysis, communication and business understanding. The second year focuses on developing enterprise capability and strategic thinking through modules in international business strategy, sustainability, organisational behaviour, responsible marketing and applied start-up development, alongside optional specialist areas such as accounting, people management, supply chains and business analytics. Students are also supported in securing placements and preparing for careers or self-employment. In the final year, learners advance into higher-level study of entrepreneurial business management, social enterprise, governance, strategy and leadership in disrupted environments, with optional modules in finance, AI, international marketing and change management. Across all three years, the course combines theory with applied learning, including projects, simulations, case studies and real-world business development. It encourages innovation, ethical awareness, and critical thinking while preparing students for careers in startups, corporate roles, consultancy or social enterprise. By graduation, students are equipped with practical entrepreneurial skills, strategic business insight and the confidence to launch or manage ventures in a rapidly changing global economy.
