The MSc Management (International Business) curriculum combines a strong foundation in business management with specialized knowledge required to operate effectively in global and multinational organizations. Operations Management Fundamentals provides knowledge of managing processes, resources, quality, and efficiency in both manufacturing and service sectors, creating a foundation for understanding global operational systems. Data and Decision Making for Managers examines the growing role of digitalization, technology, and data analytics in supporting managerial decision-making, organizational performance, and business transformation.
