The MSc Management (Business Analytics) curriculum combines a strong foundation in management with advanced analytical, technological, and data-driven decision-making skills, preparing students for leadership roles in modern organizations. The program begins with core management modules that develop a broad understanding of business functions. Managing Organisations and Organisational Behaviour explores leadership, motivation, teamwork, diversity, inclusion, and workplace dynamics, while Strategic Management focuses on competitive positioning, strategic analysis, and long-term organizational success. Operations Management Fundamentals develops knowledge of managing processes and resources effectively in manufacturing and service industries. Data and Decision Making for Managers examines how digital technologies and data support managerial decision-making and organizational performance. Marketing Fundamentals introduces key marketing concepts, customer behavior, and strategic marketing decisions, while Finance for Managers develops the ability to evaluate financial information, assess business performance, and support corporate decision-making.
