COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Cloud and Enterprise Computing provides a comprehensive curriculum that combines advanced technical knowledge, management skills, and applied research experience. The programme begins with Advanced Software Engineering, which focuses on modern software development methodologies, system design, and the creation of reliable, scalable applications. Entrepreneurial Leadership and Project Management develops leadership, innovation, and project management capabilities, preparing students to manage technology projects and drive organisational change. Enterprise and Cloud Systems Management explores the deployment, administration, and optimisation of enterprise information systems and cloud-based infrastructures that support modern business operations. Service-Oriented Cloud Technologies examines cloud computing architectures, distributed services, and technologies that enable flexible and interoperable digital solutions. Network and Cloud Security focuses on protecting enterprise systems, networks, and cloud environments from security threats while ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Research Methods equips students with the skills required to conduct academic and professional research, including project planning, data collection, analysis, and critical evaluation of existing literature. The programme culminates in a Major Project, where students undertake an independent investigation into a specialised area of cloud or enterprise computing.
