COURSE CURRICULUM

The Construction Project Management with BIM MSc at Northumbria University is structured to provide students with a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for modern construction management. The program includes core modules such as Research Methods, which equips students with the tools to conduct rigorous academic and professional research. Building Information Modelling Management, Theory and Practice introduces students to BIM principles and applications, ensuring they can manage digital construction models effectively. Procurement and Supply Chain Management focuses on strategies for sourcing materials and coordinating suppliers, while People in Project Management develops leadership and team collaboration skills critical to successful project delivery.
