COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is designed to equip students with a comprehensive foundation in core business principles while developing specialist expertise in international management, with most modules carrying 20 credits and the masters dissertation worth 60 credits. Students begin with leadership and management in professional practice, developing skills in effective leadership, team management and professional decision-making within organisational contexts. Strategy, innovation and change explores how organisations maintain competitive advantage, implement change and respond to evolving market conditions. Data analytics and project management for business intelligence equips students with the ability to analyse complex data, manage projects efficiently and support evidence-based decision-making. The international business simulation module provides a practical learning environment where students apply theoretical knowledge to realistic global business scenarios, enhancing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Advances in responsible global business management develops an understanding of ethical, sustainable and socially responsible business practices in international contexts. Strategic marketing and analytics combines marketing theory with data-driven insights, enabling students to evaluate markets, customer behaviour and campaign performance. The program is supported by academic and employability skills and research methods, preparing students for independent study and professional practice. The masters dissertation allows students to undertake an in-depth research project, demonstrating critical thinking, analytical ability and the application of international business and management knowledge in real-world settings.
