COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is structured around a comprehensive set of core modules designed to develop both strategic business capability and advanced analytical skills, with most modules carrying 20 credits and the dissertation worth 60 credits. Students begin by exploring leadership and management in professional practice, gaining insight into effective leadership styles, organisational behaviour, and decision-making in complex business environments. Strategy, innovation and change focuses on how organisations achieve and sustain competitive advantage while responding to dynamic global markets. Data analytics and project management for business intelligence equips students with the skills to manage data-driven projects, analyse business data, and apply analytical tools to support strategic objectives. The international business simulation module provides practical exposure to global business challenges, allowing students to apply theory in a realistic, competitive setting. Business intelligence in practice develops an understanding of how data, technologies and insights are used to improve organisational performance and inform management decisions. Strategic marketing and analytics integrates marketing theory with data analysis, enabling students to evaluate markets, customer behaviour and campaign performance. The program is supported by academic and employability skills and research methods, which prepare students for independent research. The masters dissertation allows students to undertake an in-depth investigation into a business or analytics-related topic, demonstrating advanced analytical, research and critical thinking skills.
