COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA (Hons) Business and Supply Chain Management program provides a structured and comprehensive route for students to develop both broad business knowledge and specialised expertise in supply chain and operations management. In Year 1, students build a strong foundation through modules in financial decision making, business analysis for decision making, preparing for professional practice, business, economy and society, supply chain and operations study and consultancy skills, and the marketing and supply chain management interface, with academic language support for international and EU students. Year 2 expands on these skills, combining business research and analysis, human resource management essentials, digital business models, applied logistics and supply chain management, international operations management, and global logistics and inventory management. Students may also choose to undertake a study abroad semester to gain international exposure and practical experience. Year 3 focuses on advanced supply chain and operational topics, including project management, supply chain innovation, global supply network management, and strategic and sustainable supply chain management. The final year also allows for applied research and professional practice through optional modules such as management enquiry, dissertation, or undergraduate consultancy projects. Across all years, the program integrates theoretical learning with practical application, preparing students with the analytical, strategic, and professional skills required for careers in operations, logistics, supply chain management, and wider business management roles.
