COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Fintech Management program is structured across three semesters to provide students with a combination of management expertise, technical fintech skills, and practical experience. In the first semester, the focus is on management fundamentals, covering courses such as Managing Ethics in the Workplace and Marketplace, Foundations of Data Analysis for Business, Acquisitions, Alliances and Growth, and Driving Marketing Performance. Students are encouraged to reflect on their decision-making in managerial contexts, supporting both their personal and professional development while building a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and analytical thinking. The second semester shifts focus to fintech, allowing students to choose four courses from options including Financial Markets and Banking in the Post-Crisis Era, Investment Analysis, Fintech, Financial Innovation and Blockchain, Data Analytics in Finance, Financial Data and Fintech, and Information Visuals and Dashboards for Business. This semester combines technical training, including coding and data manipulation, with analytical learning, where students critically examine contemporary issues and historical developments in finance and fintech. The program culminates in the third semester with a Final Project in Fintech Management, offering students the opportunity to integrate their knowledge and skills into a practical, research-driven project. Overall, this structure equips graduates with strategic, technical, and analytical capabilities to lead in the fintech sector, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
