COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Artificial Intelligence & Technology Leadership is structured over three semesters to equip students with both technical expertise and leadership skills necessary for managing AI and data-driven initiatives. In the first semester, students build foundational knowledge in programming for data applications, computational principles, data structures and algorithms, and the theory and applications of data analytics. AI & Data Ethics is also included, ensuring students understand the societal and ethical implications of artificial intelligence. The second semester focuses on advanced leadership and strategic skills, with modules in Data-Driven Transformation, Technology Leadership and Team Dynamics, and Project Management and Communication. These courses prepare students to manage teams, lead digital initiatives, and communicate complex technical insights effectively to stakeholders. The final semester is dedicated to the Artificial Intelligence Dissertation Project, a substantial independent project allowing students to apply their learning to a real-world challenge, integrating technical, strategic, and leadership skills. Throughout the program, students develop a balance of technical proficiency in AI and data analytics, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. Graduates are prepared to take on leadership roles in AI and technology projects, drive digital transformation within organisations, and contribute to innovative, ethical, and inclusive solutions across industries, making them highly competitive in today’s technology-driven business environment.
