COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc (Hons) Business program is structured over three years to provide students with a well-rounded foundation in business while allowing flexibility through electives. In the first year, students are introduced to the fundamentals of business through courses such as International Business and Global Responsibility, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Marketing, and Economics. Alongside these, they can choose four electives, with options like Calculus for Business or Mathematical Methods I recommended for building analytical skills. In the second year, students delve deeper into key business functions by studying People and Organisations, Business Statistics, Management Information Systems, and Financial Management. They also have the opportunity to broaden their experience by studying abroad at Northeastern University in the USA during the second semester, while continuing to explore four electives of their choice. The final year emphasizes advanced topics such as Innovation, Supply Chain and Operations Management, Strategic Analysis and Decision Making, and Sustainability in the Business Environment or Fintech and Financial Innovation. Students can complement these with two additional electives and complete a final project that integrates their learning across the program. This progression equips students with theoretical knowledge, practical insights, and a strong foundation for diverse career opportunities.
