COURSE CURRICULUM

The "Mobile Robotics" module focuses on the design and programming of autonomous sensor-guided systems, such as self-driving cars, UAVs, and other robots used in remote or dangerous environments. Students learn how these robots achieve complex behaviors, with a strong emphasis on practical programming. "Robot Manipulation" introduces students to robot arms and end effectors, like those used in manufacturing and medical research, teaching them how to use and program these systems for precise and high-speed operations. In "Machine Learning for Robotics," students gain advanced knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, learning to apply them in real-world robotic systems to enhance their intelligent capabilities. The "Intelligent Sensing for Robotics" module explores the integration of advanced sensors such as computer vision and tactile exploration, equipping students with the skills to collect and process sensory data, using machine learning algorithms to improve robotic decision-making.
