COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Financial Management at Middlesex is structured around a combination of compulsory and optional modules designed to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in global finance. Core modules include International Corporate Finance and International Financial Managerial Reporting, which develop a strong understanding of corporate financial strategies and reporting standards across different countries. Entrepreneurial Finance, Financial Statement Analysis and Valuation, Financial Reporting, and Financial Data Analysis further enhance students’ ability to evaluate financial performance, assess investment opportunities, and apply quantitative techniques in real-world scenarios.
