COURSE CURRICULUM

The program offers a comprehensive suite of modules designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the fields of venture development, innovation management, and entrepreneurship. The Venture Development module introduces students to the critical processes involved in starting a new venture, focusing on the relationship between funding and markets, and providing the skills needed for successful venture creation. The Innovation module offers an advanced understanding of innovation theory, industry dynamics, and the tools required to manage innovation in fast-paced environments, with case studies illustrating successful innovation strategies. The Entrepreneurial Finance module focuses on the financial tools necessary for entrepreneurs, covering business planning, financing new ventures, capital budgeting, and the process of going public. Students also engage in the Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Applied Project, which provides the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained throughout the program to a specific organizational challenge, demonstrating their ability to design business enhancement projects and manage the change process.
