COURSE CURRICULUM

The Operations and Supply Chain Management module (30 credits) provides students with an in-depth understanding of global operations and supply chain management principles. Students will develop analytical insights into current practices and explore techniques to match demand and supply in dynamic environments. The module focuses on the design, operation, control, and improvement of business processes, providing practical tools for addressing challenges in supply chain management.The Strategic Leadership module (15 credits) introduces students to key developments in strategy and leadership theory. It covers the models, tools, and theories used in strategy and leadership and emphasizes their application in addressing organizational complexities and uncertainties. The module strikes a balance between theory and practice, helping students critically evaluate when and how to implement these tools effectively.The Procurement module (15 credits) deepens students' understanding of procurement from various perspectives, including strategic, technological, and business process viewpoints.
