COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Management BA Honours program is structured over three years to build a strong foundation in core business disciplines while allowing increasing flexibility and specialisation. In the first year, students develop essential knowledge in data and digital technologies, financial performance management, global management, and marketing theory and practice, providing a broad understanding of how modern organisations operate. The second year focuses on developing analytical and operational skills through compulsory modules in innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability, management analytics and visualisation, and operations and supply chain management. Optional modules allow students to tailor their studies towards interests such as management accounting, customer experience management, or resourcing and talent management. In the final year, students strengthen strategic and leadership capabilities through compulsory study in business strategy, organisational psychology and leadership, and business finance. A wide range of optional modules enables further specialisation in areas including branding and marketing communications, cross-cultural management and ethics, project management, entrepreneurship, consultancy, applied projects, or a work internship. This flexible and progressive structure ensures students gain practical, analytical, and leadership skills, preparing them for diverse management roles, postgraduate study, or entrepreneurial careers in a global business environment.
