COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Management (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) BA Honours program is structured over three years to develop strong business foundations alongside specialist skills in innovation and entrepreneurial practice. In the first year, students gain essential knowledge of modern business operations through modules covering data and digital technologies, financial performance management, global management, and marketing theory and practice. The second year focuses on developing innovative and analytical capabilities, with compulsory study in innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability, management analytics and visualisation, and operations and supply chain management. Optional modules allow students to further tailor their learning in areas such as customer experience management or management accounting and financial reporting. In the final year, students strengthen their strategic and leadership skills through compulsory modules in business strategy, design and innovation strategies, and organisational psychology and leadership. A range of optional modules, including an applied project, business start-up, consultancy project, or work internship, provides opportunities to gain practical experience and specialise according to career goals. This structured progression ensures graduates develop the creativity, analytical ability, and leadership skills required to succeed as entrepreneurs or as innovators within established organisations.
