COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in International Management is designed to provide students with a deep understanding of global business operations and the skills needed to develop and implement effective strategies across international markets. In the first semester, students complete compulsory modules including Global Strategy, Comparative Management, and Grand Challenges, which provide a foundation in strategic thinking, cross-cultural management, and the critical issues facing global organisations. Students can also choose optional modules such as International Business in Contexts or International HRM to tailor their studies to specific areas of interest. The second semester focuses on further developing analytical and research skills, with compulsory modules including Accounting and Financial Management, Research Methods, and a substantial Dissertation that allows students to explore a topic in depth. In addition, students select optional modules to complement their core studies, including International Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Information Systems, Collaborative Project, Corporate Governance, Comparative Political Economy, or Managing Sustainability, providing flexibility to focus on areas aligned with career goals. This combination of strategic, analytical, and practical learning equips graduates to address complex challenges in international business, lead projects, and contribute to sustainable growth and innovation within global organisations. The program prepares students for leadership roles, consultancy positions, and strategic management careers in a dynamic international business environment.
