COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business Management course is structured across three terms to develop advanced managerial, analytical, and strategic skills for success in global business environments. In Term 1, students explore entrepreneurship and consultancy through the Consultancy, Enterprise and Innovation module, which fosters creativity, business planning, and data-driven problem-solving. The Decision Making module examines behavioural and psychological factors influencing managerial choices, while Strategies for International Market Expansion focuses on applying international marketing theories to real-world business contexts and global market challenges. In Term 2, students study International Organisational Behaviour, gaining insight into leadership, culture, diversity, and employee engagement across multinational organisations. Quantitative Project Control Systems develops technical expertise in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation using data-driven tools, while Research Methods equips students with essential research design and analytical skills to prepare for their final project. Term 3 culminates in the Capstone Project, where students apply their cumulative learning to a real-world business challenge, producing a comprehensive business report and presentation. This structure ensures a strong balance between theoretical understanding and practical application, preparing graduates to make informed, ethical, and strategic decisions in complex international business environments and to excel in global leadership and consultancy roles.
