COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA (Hons) Business Management program offers a comprehensive curriculum that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to succeed in a competitive business environment. In the first year, students build a foundation in core business concepts through modules such as Finance and the Economy, Principles of Marketing, LSBU Discovery Project, Data for Decision Making, Management and Organisations, and Principles of Strategy. The second year focuses on professional and operational skills, covering The Business Professional, Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Effective Business Negotiations, Responsible Business, and Digital Transformation. Students can also select optional modules such as The Digital Economy, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Finance in a Digital World, and Fundamentals of Project Management to tailor their studies to specific interests. In the third and fourth years, the curriculum advances to strategic and applied learning with modules including Leadership, Strategy and Change, Comparative International Management, Small Business Management, Research Project, and Applied Project, alongside options like Business Intelligence, Global Finance and Technology, Strategic Market Channels, and PRINCE2® project management.
