COURSE CURRICULUM

The Construction Project Management MSc modules are designed to develop a strong balance of theoretical understanding, practical skills and professional competence. Managing risk and uncertainty equips learners with tools to identify, analyse and mitigate project risks, supporting informed decision making under uncertainty. Sustainable built environments introduces principles of sustainability, ethics and low-carbon development, ensuring projects are delivered responsibly within environmental and social constraints. The applied research project allows students to integrate learning by investigating a real or contemporary construction management issue, strengthening research, critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
