The Dissertation allows for independent research on a chosen topic within human resource management. Data Analysis for Global Business builds skills in interpreting and using data for decision-making. Employee Engagement focuses on motivating and retaining staff, while Employment Law and Practice covers legal frameworks affecting employment. International Business Strategy with Simulation provides practical experience in strategic decision-making. International Project Management Practice develops skills in managing global projects.
