COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business Management with Law BA (Hons) program is structured to develop both business knowledge and legal understanding over three years. In Year 1, students build a strong foundation in key business and legal principles through modules such as Business Law, the English Legal System, Digital Business Management, Marketing, and Data Analysis, alongside learning about organisations and the wider economic environment. Year 2 deepens this knowledge with more specialised topics including Company and Business Law, Consumer Rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Leadership, Project Management, and Global Business Strategy. Students also gain practical experience through consultancy work, research methods, and community-based learning, while exploring sustainability and professional development. In Year 3, the course focuses on advanced and contemporary issues such as Competition Law, International Trade Law, Environmental Law, and the impact of artificial intelligence on business and legal practices. Students also study business strategy and management while completing a dissertation or consultancy project, applying their knowledge to real-world challenges. Opportunities for professional placement further enhance practical skills and employability.
