The Tourism and Travel Management BA (Hons) at London Metropolitan University is a comprehensive degree that develops students’ knowledge and skills for careers in the global tourism, travel, and events industries. In Year 3, students develop advanced strategic and leadership skills through modules such as Strategy in Tourism and Travel, Tourism Destination Management, Leading Innovation, Consultancy Project, and Dissertation, along with specialist areas like Brand Management, Conference Management, Event Sponsorship and Fundraising, Global Marketing in the Digital Age, and Social Marketing. Overall, the program prepares graduates for managerial roles in tourism, travel, hospitality, and events by combining academic theory, practical experience, and industry-relevant skills.
