COURSE CURRICULUM

The Machine Learning program at Liverpool John Moores University is structured to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both foundational and advanced concepts in the field. In the first stage, students study Research Methods and the Foundations of Machine Learning, gaining essential skills in data analysis, algorithm design, and the theoretical principles that underpin the discipline. This prepares them for more specialized modules, including Deep Learning Concepts and Techniques, which explore neural networks, model training, and optimization strategies for complex datasets. The Accelerated Machine Learning module focuses on efficient algorithm implementation and practical applications, allowing students to develop models capable of handling large-scale, real-world problems.
